We provide nationwide shipping across India. Our logistics partners ensure that your AuraDrip pieces reach you safely and swiftly. We currently partner with Delhivery, BlueDart, and Xpressbees for reliable transit.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Please note that processing may take longer during limited-edition drop periods.
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
- Northeast & Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a convenience fee of ₹100 regardless of the order value.
TRACKING YOUR AURA
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order directly on our website using your Order ID and Phone Number in the Track Order section.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
While we ensure the highest safety standards, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@auradrip.com within 24 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claims.
