We want you to be completely satisfied with your AuraDrip purchase. If the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we're here to help.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at support@auradrip.com with your Order ID.
2. Specify whether you want an exchange or a refund (Store Credit).
3. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 48 hours.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund in the form of original payment or store credit, depending on your preference.
