RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

At AuraDrip, we strive for perfection in every garment. However, if the fit isn't right or the piece doesn't resonate with your aura, our returns process is designed to be as seamless as our streetwear.

7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all architectural tags attached
• Free of any scents, stains, or signs of wear

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

We provide a one-click return experience for our community:

1. Visit our Track Order page and enter your details.
2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
3. Upload 2-3 clear photos showing the condition of the garment.
4. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 48-72 hours.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Accessories & Utility Gear
• Items purchased during 'Flash Sales' or 'Last Chance' drops
• Limited edition numbered pieces (unless defective)

EXCHANGES

We offer one free size exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges will incur a reverse shipping fee of ₹200. If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for 1 year.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the quality audit (3-5 business days):

• Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (takes 5-7 business days).
• COD Orders: Refunded as Store Credit or via bank transfer if requested.
• Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval, valid for all future drops.
